This thanksgiving hymn, often sung at the dismissal of the Divine Liturgy, can be found in the Metropolitan Cantor Institute's Byzantine Catholic Hymnal. The text is that of Monsignor William Levkulic (see below), who also published an English setting, We thank You, God Most High.

Eight verses of four lines each appeared in the "daily prayers" section of various editions of the prayer book, Chl'ib Duši, of Alexander Duchnovych, and in the booklet Devotions on the Eves of Christmas and New Year (1947) printed by Fr. Julius Grigassy.

Two verses of the Slavonic text and an (uncredited) English translation were published in the Hymns section of Monsignor Levkulic's The Divine Liturgy, a Book of Prayer (1978).
