The text of this hymn to the Mother of God is that of Father William Levkulic and cantor Jerry Jumba, who also published an English translation, From our hearts we sinners.

Sources

This hymn was printed in the Užhorod Pisennik (1913) as hymn number 130, with 11 verses; it had pride of place as the second of the set of hymns to the Mother of God.

The text was published in a small booklet of pilgrimage hymns from the Sisters of Saint Basil in 1974.

Four verses, with music, were published in the Marian Hymnal (1984) on page 10.
