The text of this hymn was published as hymn number 2 in the Užhorod Pisennik (1913), with eleven verses. The subtitle indicated it was to be sung to the same melody as Na Tavori preobrazivsja, a hymn for the feast of the Transfiguration (August 6).
The setting in the Marian Hymnal (1984) consisted of verses 1-3, 9, and 11 of the text in the Užhorod Pisennik, and a melody somewhat more ornate that that given for Na Tavori preobrazivsja in Father Stefan Papp's Duchovňi Pisňi.
