This English setting of the hymn for Great and Holy Thursday can be found on pages 460 of the the Divine Liturgies book. It is sung in place of the Cherubikon and the two post-Communion hymns on Great and Holy Thursday, and it also sung as the liturgical Communion Hymn.

The melody is a traditional variation of the Tone 6 irmos melody which is used only for this hymn.
